Store the volume flat or upright on a dry shelf away from direct damp or open liquids. The woven linen spine flexes naturally, allowing the publication to lie flat on your reading desk. Wipe the cloth cover with a dry lint-free cloth if dust settles.

You can complete your order directly through our website using cash on delivery or a bank transfer. For cash on delivery, you hand the exact amount directly to the courier when the parcel arrives at your address. For bank transfer, our dispatch office provides our sort code and account details.

Our courier delivers directly to your specific flat door, including buildings without a lift. Orders received before 13:30 on business days enter packing that afternoon. The parcel arrives in a compact rigid kraft envelope that fits comfortably through standard stairwells.

You may return your copy within 30 days of delivery provided the publication remains unused and in its original sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the volume arrived with damaged binding or incorrect printing. Once inspected at our Norwich address, refunds are paid out directly to your bank account.
